"Throw Far - Go Far Coaching Programs Pre-Season - March Individual and Small-Group Instruction, Training & Coaching for throwers of all levels of ability and experience. Specific peak-performance approach in preparation for the competitive season. Planning and executing your plan for success! Work Effectively…and Enjoy it! In-Season - April, May, June Individual and Small-Group Instruction, Training & Coaching for throwers of all levels of ability and experience. Follow through with In-Season Instruction and Coaching throughout a successful and fulfilling Spring Season…It's a great feeling to learn how to be able to naturally and gracefully do your personal best! We're Out There! … March, April, May & June - Mid March Through Entire Outdoor Spring Season Schedules Instructional, Training and Coaching schedules are not at all at this time hard and fast… Rather, practice schedules are flexible according to each athlete, and in the case of the group sessions, the best schedules for all involved…Specific times and dates are scheduled as the individuals' and group's schedules develop …and are customized to accommodate each athlete's scholastic, team practice and competitive schedules. When we meet, and discuss taking part in a coaching program, tentative schedules are discussed, and every effort is made to accommodate all participants. And, if by chance, you can't make some practices, there's no problem making them up…Locations Individual and Group Instructional, Training & Coaching Sessions are currently (as of 3/07) being held weekly in both Northern New Jersey (Bergen/Passaic/Essex/Morris County areas) and Central New Jersey (Monmouth/Ocean County areas), and, by appointment, at your school/locale.Current Weekly Practice Schedule (as of 3/07): Weekends Northern New Jersey (Bergen/Paramus/Essex/Morris County areas) Central New Jersey (Monmouth/Ocean County areas) Weekdays At Your Location (Have Jav, Will Travel…) Your School or Home Limited Enrollment… / …Max Results!
"THROW FAR - GO FAR" Full - Year (Year-Round) Coaching Program This program is a great success for the kids who enroll. As an option beyond the Summer Throw Far Go Far camp. Follow through throughout the summer & intermittently through the early Fall season…Then, back at it to fulfill and complete a successful competitive spring season…Summer (about 15 Sessions), Early Fall (Saturdays and/or Sundays) (5-10 Sessions..and if we can sneak in a couple more before the chill sets in, great!). Then Back out in the early Spring of March, and into and through the Outdoor Season of April and May, and perhaps, June (about 10 More Weekend Sessions and/or Whenever you need it as you prepare for meets during the week…even through June!…Ready and Raring for the Warmth of the Late Spring/Early Summer & Peak Performance when you may very well need it, and most want it!… Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced Throwers' (Different Groups)Erik personally instructs, trains and coaches a small group of throwers who are of comparable experience/level.
