Let's see... from the beginning of our practicing it has been an all around new experience. Emotionally, mentally, and physically I have changed and matured as a javelin thrower and a person throughout my experience (so far). Erik is not only the best javelin thrower I have ever seen but he is passionate and patient and utmost believes in what the javelin symbolizes. Whoever begins to practice with Erik will know how special he truly is and gifted in this unique art. I would gladly recommend any person passionate in javelin and wants to learn how to use their utmost potential while throwing the javelin and using these new learned techniques in every day life. A Parent's Perspective…My son Pat has been receiving one on one javelin coaching sessions with Erik for almost a year now. We are very pleased with Pat's progress and plan on continuing these coaching sessions. Erik is very professional in his coaching and has a unique ability to convey his knowledge of the correct skills involved in throwing the javelin. Pat has not only gained in his ability to throw the javelin with correct form, but has also learned a lot of the intricate details involved in the body's movements and positions while throwing.
